By opting in to the Bill Bridge RCMS text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from Bill Bridge RCMSs LLC ("Bill Bridge RCMS," "we," "us," or "our") relating to service updates, appointment reminders, credentialing status notifications, and promotional information about our healthcare operations services. Messages may be sent using an autodialer or prerecorded voice technology.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service engagement.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Recurring messages may include service notifications, appointment reminders, and occasional promotional offers.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Bill Bridge RCMS is not responsible for any carrier fees or charges incurred as a result of receiving our messages.
4. How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form and submitting your mobile phone number, or by any other opt-in method we make available (such as texting a keyword to our number). By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
We retain a record of each opt-in, including the date, time, page URL, IP address, and the exact consent language displayed to you at the time of opt-in.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to rejoin the program after opting out, you may opt in again through our website or by contacting us directly.

7. Supported Carriers
Major U.S. carriers are supported, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy & Mobile Information Sharing
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through the SMS opt-in process to any third party.
Mobile information collected for the purpose of delivering text messages is used solely to operate our messaging program. Information may be shared with service providers (such as messaging platform vendors) strictly to deliver the messages you have requested, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The SMS program is offered on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages. We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes.
