Bill Bridge RCMS provides healthcare operations services to independent mental health providers, including but not limited to: medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM), insurance credentialing, state licensing support, and patient referral development. Specific service terms are governed by individual service agreements executed between Bill Bridge and each provider.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to licensed healthcare providers and entities authorized to provide healthcare services in the United States. By engaging our services, you represent that you hold valid, current professional licensure in the applicable jurisdiction(s).
4. Provider Responsibilities
As a provider engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information required to perform contracted services
- Maintain valid professional licensure, malpractice insurance, and DEA registration as applicable
- Notify Bill Bridge promptly of any changes to your credentialing status, licensure, or practice information
- Comply with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and payer requirements
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations
5. Fees and Payment
Billing service fees are calculated as a percentage of collections as specified in your service agreement. Credentialing and licensing fees, where applicable, are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are subject to applicable taxes. Bill Bridge reserves the right to modify fee structures with 30 days' written notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bill Bridge RCMS website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bill Bridge RCMSs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bill Bridge does not warrant that credentialing or licensing applications will be approved within any specific timeframe, as approval decisions are made by independent third-party payers and state licensing boards.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bill Bridge RCMSs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bill Bridge RCMSs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or breach of any representations or warranties made herein.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, Bill Bridge will provide all credentialing documentation and billing records in our possession within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Obligations relating to pending insurance appeals and credentialing submissions will be addressed as specified in the service agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
